What is a Managed Service Provider(MSP) and why do I need one? 


A managed service provider is an outsourced party managing your information technology needs.  Unlike a company that strictly provides IT professional services, an MSP manages your network for you, so you can do what you do best. 


How are contracts structured? 


We offer monthly retainer options starting at 10 hours per month depending on your needs. All contracts come with a 3 month commitment that can be adjusted on a quarterly basis. When you are one of our Retainer clients, you will get priority in the 24/7 NOC queue and have dedicated time allotted to your company each month. If you just need IT assistance for a single project or on as as-needed basis we also offer on-demand services to meet your needs. 


Can I hire AVAJEN for a single project? 


Yes. We offer On-Demand style contracts. 


What type of systems does AVAJEN work on? 


We work on a wide variety of IT systems, such as core networking equipment (Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Access Points and LTE backups), on premises and cloud servers, security cameras and associated systems.

The cloud refers to any IT services accessed through the internet and not based onsite. Utilization of the cloud depends on your specific environment, but AVAJEN always recommends having backups of your core infrastructure in the cloud as a safeguard. Cloud services can also be cheaper than purchasing physical servers.

Each client’s networks and systems are unique and AVAJEN tailors it’s approach to you.  In general, we build a backup strategy that fits your organization’s Retention and Recovery objectives.
